There are two options. One is to leave the Smart Fan Control CPU enable, and in that case the speed is regulated automatically, according to the temperature, with 4 speed levels.

In Level 1 to 15%, in Level 2 to 38%, in Level 3 to 63% and in Level 4 to 100%.

On the contrary, if the Smart Fan Control CPU is disabled, the fan will always be 100%

There is no adjustable manual control.
